Fresh Seasoned Chilled Jellyfish Salad

Translucent strips of jellyfish, cut thin and dressed. The jellyfish itself is glassy and pale; the dressing is a glossy amber sauce carrying sesame seeds, slices of green chilli and fresh coriander.
